Service Projects and Programs

The Services Programs and Projects Portfolio is made up of volunteers who collaborate to amplify the impact of Rotary Clubs and Community Groups across the South Pacific region.

Meet the Service Projects and Programs Team!

We are bringing together projects and programs of proven impact enabling clubs by supporting collaboration and leveraging shared learnings to increasing impact, expanding reach, engaging participants and aiding our ability to adapt.

Our team spans generations—from 30-year-olds to those in their 70s—with equal gender representation and a strong presence of Youth Program alumni, boasting approximately 400 years of experience in Rotary and Rotaract between us.

We're currently comprised of passionate members from eight districts, and we are working to expand this representation and we are keen to grow.

Volunteer Opportunity

We're on the lookout for Avenue of Service and Project Development experts—progressive thinkers and action-takers who want to build something meaningful for clubs, community groups, and districts across the zone. If that sounds like you and you have 2-3 hours a week to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.

We're here to amplify your impact

We're here to support clubs, members, community groups, and districts to grow the reach and impact of their existing projects and programs. Through meaningful community and member engagement, networking, practical collaboration, and easy-to-use toolkits, we aim to amplify your invaluable work.

Our support for you comes in three streams: Major Initiatives, Avenues of Service and Capacity Building.

Major Initiatives

We support the development and scaling of Services, Programs and Projects which clubs within Rotary South Pacific can adapt in their own local area. Get involved with things like our Respectful Relationships projects, Mental Health and Wellbeing support programs.

Avenues of Service

We channel our commitment to service at home and abroad through five Avenues of Service, which are the foundation of club, community group and district activity. These avenues are Club Service, Vocational Service, International Service, Community Service and Youth Service.

Capacity Building

In this space we aim to support clubs to increase their impact without increasing the demand on their resources, through learnings from proven practice, we share tools and mechanisms for clubs to amplify their impact, increase participant engagement, increase their reach and support their adaptability.
