Our Strategic Focus

  1. Reduce annual member resignations by 20%
  2. Start new clubs to attract more demographics

Our Five-Step Strategy

  1. Develop a close working relationship with Districts to run Growth workshops.

  2. Develop a close working relationship with Rotary Community Leaders to work with clubs to grow membership

  3. Start 15 new clubs and encourage alternate type clubs

  4. Build on the successful Fit for Purpose program
